We are committed to lifetime care, which means you can have peace of mind knowing that your needs will be met no matter what the future may bring.
Community Fee
As a member of our community, residents will pay a one-time entrance fee. This is an investment in our community and a commitment to support our nonprofit mission.
Monthly Rate
Your monthly rate covers many of the bills that you would pay at your house, including your mortgage or rent, interior and exterior maintenance, security, property tax and homeowners insurance. An additional assisted living level of care fee is based on need and will be assessed annually. Memory care monthly rate includes all care needs.
