Community Fee
As a member of our community, residents will pay a one-time entrance fee. This is an investment in our community and a commitment to support our nonprofit mission.
Monthly Rate
Your monthly rate covers many of the bills that you would pay at your house, including your mortgage or rent, interior and exterior maintenance, security, property tax and homeowners insurance. An additional level of care fee is based on need and will be assessed annually.
